Career Profile
I am a dedicated public health professional and academic with over a decade of experience in lecturing, research, and mentorship. Currently pursuing a PhD in Epidemiology at the University of Abuja, I bring a strong academic background, including a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, a PGD in Public Health, and an MSc in Epidemiology. These qualifications have shaped my expertise in public health practice and epidemiological research.
My professional journey centers on advancing knowledge in infectious disease epidemiology (including zoonotic diseases), cross-sectional study design, clinical and translational research, and public health methodologies and interventions. I am passionate about bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications, fostering growth amongst researchers and industry experts alike through engaging teaching approaches, and impactful scientific contributions.
Committed to inspiring the next generation of public health professionals, I strive to contribute meaningfully to the field through innovative research and dedicated academic service.
